6. Delivery
a) We will arrange for delivery of the products you order to the address that you specify in the check out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
b) If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges, and any charges we have to pay to refund your payment.
c) If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify within 7 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
d) Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation of your order/payment. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
7. Returns Policy
We will make every effort to ensure the product reaches you in perfect order. If once you have examined the product you discover a defect, please inform us immediately so we may replace or refund the product as appropriate.
Under the Home Shopping : Distance Selling Regulations, private purchasers have the right to cancel the order up to 7 days after receipt of items if the items have not been used. Cancellation of orders must be made by email prior to returning the goods.
It is the customer’s duty to take full care of all items. Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items in perfect condition, unused and unaltered and in their original packaging.
Refunds for properly returned and cancelled orders will be made as soon as possible and within 30 days of return.
8. Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under contract if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. General
a) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.
b) Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
