We have set out below the terms and conditions which apply to information shown in the pages of www.giraffegreetings.co.uk ("the Website") and to the ordering of any products from the Website. By placing an order, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
1. Website
The material in the Website is copyright to Ingrid Sylvestre or our content and technology providers. Raph G. Neckmann and Maureen Treeging are giraffe characters created by UK designer Ingrid Sylvestre. All aspects of Giraffe World, including designs, artwork, characters, places, text and music are the intellectual property of Ingrid Sylvestre.
2. Website Information
a) We have tried to ensure that information provided in the Website is accurate. However, we make no representation and give no warranty of any kind in respect of the information.
b) Liability for any injury, loss or damage (howsoever caused) is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. This exclusion if without prejudice to your statutory rights.
3. Description of Products
a) The description and specification of products in the Website is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes that do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.
b) We may correct any error appearing in the Website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.
c) Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the Website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
4. Ordering
a) You may order products from the Website by submitting a completed order form through the check out procedure.
b) We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given.
c) Ingrid Sylvestre reserves the right to terminate accounts, remove content or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge.
5. Price and Payment
a) The price of the products will be the price quoted in the Website at the time we accept your order. The price will not include the cost of delivery.
b) In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the Website at the time we accept your order. The amount of these charges varies according to the country of the delivery address you specify in your order.
c) Payment is made via Paypal at the time we accept your order.
